• Are there any tickets left?
  
  This year, there are no "tickets" per se. Instead, we are taking reservations for the auction. Reservation forms went out in the Montessorian newsletter at least twice. You can download a reservation form in PDF format HERE. We are limited to 200 people and open reservations to the public will begin soon so make your reservations soon if you wish to attend.
   
• When is the deadline for donated items?
  
  We really need to get items by March 19th so we can combine some to form packages and promote the items on our web site.
   
• Do you accept credit cards as payment for winning items? What other forms of payment do you accept?
  
  Yes! We will accept credit cards, personal checks, and cash.
   
• What is appropriate attire for the auction?
  
  While this is not a "black tie" affair, many participants will want to dress up a bit for this occasion.
   
• Do I have to be present for the entire time to win a silent auction?
  
  As long as you provide your proper bidder number and phone number on the bid sheet, we will contact you if you win.
   
• Can I bid by proxy? Can I designate someone else to bid on my behalf?
  
  Sure.
   
• Can I provide my credit card number at the beginning of the night to speed up the check out process at the end of the auction?
  
  Yes, please.
   
• Can I bring kids?
  
  The EACMSI Auction is a night for adults to get out and enjoy time away from the kids. Alcoholic beverages will be served, and don't forget the event ends at 11 PM.
   
• Can I check out early?
  
  You can pay for any items you win at any point during the evening.
   
• What if I can't fit the huge <fill in the blank> I won in my car at the end of the auction?
  
  We are happy to make arrangements for delivery of oversized items you can't take home the night of the auction.
   
• What kinds of food and drink will be served?
  
  There will be hors d’oeuvres, desserts, and a cash bar. (PLEASE drink responsibly.)
   
• Will there be entertainment?
  
  We will have live background music from a Jazz Combo led by Mike Treat featuring musicians from the EAC Montessori adult community.
